At SolaGlows, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Orders Lost in Transit

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us.

If the shipment is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, we will either:

  • Send a replacement order at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full refund.

Change of Mind Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of opened consumable items for hygiene and safety reasons.

If you wish to return an unopened product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and return shipping costs may apply.

Products must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

  • In a resalable condition

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds or returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products returned without prior approval

  • Orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
